Jeff Darragh, Developer of Willow Creek
Jeff Darragh, CEO and founder of the Worthington Group, LLC, moved to beautiful East Tennessee over 10 years ago. He fell in love with the small town atmosphere of Sweetwater, Tennessee and decided to build a neighborhood that fit the needs and aesthetics of the area. Thus, Willow Creek, a Traditional Planned Neighborhood was born.

Darragh started his career in South Florida where he developed four Golf Course Communities, Worthington, Vanderbilt, Lexington and the latest Renaissance.
